Privacy Briefing:  According to law D.lgs.196/03 we would inform the client that their personal data will only be used for purposes determined by the contractual relationship and will not exceed this.    If the client formally requests us in writing, it has those rights that are contained in Art.7 (among which are  updates, integration and cancellation of their data).     The company's legal representative is entitled to use your data but only as stipulated in D.lgs.196/03.
